How did you sleep last night? Tonight, the full Moon will be illuminating over two nights Sunday, October 9 and Monday, October 10 so what does that mean for our sleep patterns?
Well... research (and google) say that when a new moon or full moon is present, it not only effects nature but us as well. Here is the technical cool bit.. Just like the earth is made up of 80% water, so are our bodies. So.. when the moons gravitational pull affects the earth and we see the rise and fall of the ocean tides, it does the same to our physical bodies as well.
As the water element within us begins to rise, so do our emotions. A heightened feeling of worry, anxiety, a racing mind, an overflow of thoughts and feelings, as well as, a restless body all collect together resulting in a restless night sleep.
Amazing and it explains why the coffee is brewing this morning.
