Shipping policy
Overview.
We are now please to be able to offer a delivery service to UK mainland with the option of installation at an extra cost to be confirmed at the time of purchase. Additional charges will apply to Highlands, We can not currently delivery to Northern Ireland and Ireland.
All our deliveries are sent our by a dedicated team and it is always a signature required service.
Need it in a hurry, contact us to arrange for collection from our showroom at no extra cost. Please note: fraud protection is in place.
1. Purchase of Goods
Delivery will be arranged by TV Beds Northwest Ltd once the purchase has been completed and paid for in full by the customer. The final delivery fee will be confirmed with the customer in case any extra delivery or installations costs have been required.
2. Confirmation of Address
All orders must be completed in full including name, phone number, and delivery address before we can dispatch any items. Orders will not be processed without. It is the customers responsible to ensure that all information is correct.
Should the billing address and the delivery address be different then we may need proof of the delivery address. If the customer changes the address in less that 24hours before the agreed delivery time then the customer will be liable for any additional charges TV Beds Northwest Ltd may incur from the delivery companies.
Failed deliveries will result in extra costs for the customer.
3. Arrangement of Delivery
On receipt of the order, TV Beds Northwest Ltd will contact the customer to arrange a delivery date to suit the customer. Please note that the delivery can be an all day service.
Should a delivery date be arranged and the customer fail to be present to receive the delivery, then TV Beds Northwest Ltd reserve the right to charge a set fee of £60.00 to cover part of the cost for the failed delivery.
4. Delivery Service
All our products are sent out via a dedicated two man delivery service. The delivery fee does not include the unpacking or removal of packaging, nor does it include the removal of old beds and mattresses.
Installation of products may be able to be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact TV Beds Northwest Ltd to see if this option is available.
Some of our products may be delivered as part of a collection of packages. Where is this the case all items should be delivered at the same time. It is the responsibility of the customer to check and ensure that all the product pieces are present and undamaged. Should for any reason a package be missing or delayed TV Beds Northwest Ltd will endeavor to rectify the situation and will not be held accountable for any costs.
Please ensure that all boxes are checked on receipt and any damages are noted on the delivery form provided by the Delivery service. Photographic evidence will be required.
A note from our courier companies: Please ensure you have placed adequate covering to protect your flooring/carpets
Adequate Floor Protection – Our courier partners have advised that, during normal deliveries and especially in adverse weather conditions, delivery teams are not permitted to remove their footwear under any circumstances due to health and safety requirements. This may result in dirt, moisture, or debris being brought into the property. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to ensure that adequate floor protection is in place prior to delivery. Unfortunately, no claims can be accepted for damage or soiling to flooring or carpets that have not been suitably protected.
5. Damaged, Missing Parts
Once your delivery has been placed inside the customers home and signed for, the customer has 48 hours to report any damage or missing parts. This must be done in writing to hello@tvbedsnorthwest.co.uk and be complete with photographic evidence.
TV Beds Northwest Ltd will endeavour to respond to the complaint within 2 working days with a solution or update in regards to a new delivery date. TV Beds Northwest Ltd will not be held responsible to issue compensation to the customer.
6. Deliveries to Northern Ireland
We offer deliveries to Northern Ireland through our trusted courier company. Due to additional logistical considerations, there is an extra charge for these deliveries. However, to make this service more accessible to our customers, we are pleased to cover a portion of this additional fee. Standard delivery is a five-day service, but if you need your items sooner, you can choose an expedited option for an additional charge. This ensures you receive your orders promptly and affordably, with flexibility to suit your schedule.
For next day delivery = £500
Delivery in 2-3 days = £400
Standard 5 working days = £200
