You’ve Ordered Your TV Bed – What Happens Next?

1. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive confirmation from us. We'll then get everything ready for your order and arrange delivery when your TV bed is ready.

2. Arranging Your Delivery

We like to keep things personal at TV Beds Northwest, so a member of our team will contact you to say hi and arrange your delivery date. If you're not ready, no problem! Just let us know and we'll work with you to arrange a suitable date.

Once you're ready, we'll pass your order over to our delivery partner, who will book your delivery onto a run. You'll then receive confirmation of your delivery date and a 3-hour time slot, which you'll be asked to confirm.

Once you've accepted your time slot, please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery. If you do need to change the date, just let us know as soon as possible. Failed delivery attempts may result in a re-delivery charge.

3. Delivery Day

Once your TV bed has been delivered and you've checked everything over and signed for it now you're ready to get set up.

Your bed comes with clear assembly instructions, and you'll also find additional help in our TV Bed Technology Centre, including assembly guides, TV installation, sound and Bluetooth setup, remotes, TV lift help and troubleshooting.

We know TV beds have a little more going on than a standard bed, so if you're unsure about anything along the way, we're only at the end of the phone. Our team knows TV beds inside out and will be happy to help.

Absolutely in love with the bed—gorgeous design & elite sound

I am absolutely in love with my Amber 4.1 bed frame! The design is stunning, and the surround sound system is incredible for music and gaming.
There was a major container delay which meant a nearly 5-month wait for delivery, which was quite stressful as communication from the office was a bit quiet at times. However, Heather was always very lovely when we spoke, and I know the team was working under immense pressure to clear a massive backlog of delayed orders.
Mark, the installer, was an absolute legend—turned up right on the dot, was incredibly friendly, and built the setup perfectly, even helping me set up the TV cables. A brilliant product from a nice family business, just be prepared for potentially longer wait times if there are shipment delays!

Outstanding TV Bed, Service and Installation - Highly Recommended

Absolutely delighted with the Lakes Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 TV bed. The TV and sound system are incredible — it genuinely feels like having a cinema in the bedroom! The Dolby Atmos surround sound is fantastic for watching films, football and gaming, and the Ottoman storage is an excellent bonus. The quality, design and finish are all superb.

I also want to give a special mention to Mark, who was wonderful, hardworking and extremely professional. The delivery and installation were perfect — quick, neat and carried out with great care. Mark was also very friendly, easy to talk to and had a lovely family-oriented attitude, which made the whole experience even better.

The other members of staff we spoke to on the phone were equally nice, helpful and professional. What really impressed me was that they genuinely cared about our experience and even checked afterwards to make sure we were happy and everything was okay following the transaction.

From the purchase to delivery, installation and aftercare, the service has been excellent. Very good people through and through.
