Are the clearance beds brand new?

Many of the beds in our clearance sale are brand new and unused. Some beds may have minor box damage, while others are ex-showroom models, but all are in excellent working condition and come with a full manufacturer’s warranty.

What does it mean if a bed has box damage and what are ex-showroom models?

Box damage refers to minor cosmetic damage to the packaging during shipping or handling. The TV bed itself remains brand new and unaffected by the packaging damage. Ex-showroom models are beds that were on display in our showroom. They may have been handled but are still in excellent condition. We will clearly indicate if a bed is ex-showroom in the product listing.

Are clearance beds covered by a warranty?

Yes, all clearance beds—including ex-showroom models—come with a full manufacturer’s warranty, just like any of our regular stock.

Heather was so helpful, kept communication Then there's Mark, the delivery/installation man. Couldn't be more helpful and down to earth! Nothing was too much trouble and he was on hand to help as and when we needed it.throughout the process from ordering to delivery and is one of those people who is just easy to get on with from the first hello. Our new bed is the most solid frame we've ever had and a huge saving compared to the big chains. Happy to have found this independent store and I'll definitely recommend to anyone and everyone
