From the moment of purchasing the bed, the service was top notch - really friendly, kept me up to date and even due to an error or my behalf, they were just super quick and amazing at resolving it. It was a genuine pleasure to meet “M” and get the bed built, such a really great guy and great personality. I bought the Titan TV bed for my partners 50th birthday. We hadn’t seen it in person so we were a little worried, we didn’t need to be. The bed is amazing quality and looks lovely. There is loads of storage underneath and the bed is sturdy and mechanisms are smooth. The company were fantastic. Got back to us straight away with every question and were very accomodating around my work needs and delivery. We paid extra for fitting so it was done right and Mark and his colleague who fitted the bed were absolutely fantastic. There was a bracket missing and they came back to fit it within a few weeks after it had been delivered. They even helped us get the wires for the sky box hidden away. Very friendly and accomodating. We had a recent negative experience with another company who fitted our wardrobe but TV beds NorthWest have restored out faith in excellent customer service. We couldn’t rate them highly enough.

Fabulous customer services! Heather was really helpful in answering my (many) questions, and got us a brilliant last minute deal on a clearance bed. I think I messaged on a a Thursday and we had a new bed by Monday!

Mark and Lee came and delivered our bed a couple of days later, they offered to set it up but as I was unwell and heavily pregnant I said we would do it ourselves once I was feeling better. They brought the bed in and put it neatly in our conservatory so that it was out of the way until then.

Once we assembled the new bed, my partner commented on how good quality the bed is and how it’s actually better quality than his brothers tv bed - which cost them nearly £2000 from a well known larger supplier!

I would definitely recommend this company, and would not hesitate to use again in the future. We love our new bed.

Ordered the item in the morning came in the afternoon 2 very nice men arrived and left the bed where I asked them to put it.i had a bit of trouble with the bed getting the tv to go up and down i phoned them and they came next day with a young lady and got it working for me.if

I am honestly so satisfied with my new bed. From ordering to the delivery I’d give it 10/10.
Easy straight forward communication.
Bed took 2 days for us to put up but would be much quicker for someone who has more experience doing these things.
