This bed is fabulous and we love that it comes in a small double. Item arrived in 4 boxes. Instructions link clearly visible and easy to read Everything checked and we starting building. This was the easiest bed to build. Everything just slotted into space. Once Everything out of boxes and put into place it took less than 45 mins to put together and I will say I only helped when needed.
This is the perfect TV bed for my 15 year old. He has got a smaller TV connected at the moment and this works great even though we have the option to get bigger in the future
The colour of the bed is perfect and the quality is amazing. I woukd recommend this bed 1000%. Heather is fab with providing the information and help that we needed.
There is space for storage under the bed but as no regular access (not an ottoman etc) I have put things i want to keep but dont need access to (ie kids school saves)

We recently purchased the Edge TV Dolby Surround Bed Ottoman and overall we’re really pleased with both the product and the service.
Unfortunately, when the bed arrived there was visible damage to the headboard and media tray. However, after contacting the company and sending photos, Heather responded straight away and acknowledged the issue without any hesitation. The customer service throughout was excellent — professional, understanding, and proactive.
The owner, Mark, even offered to personally come out and replace the parts once new stock arrived, which we really appreciated. In the end, we decided not to go through the disruption of dismantling and rebuilding the bed again, and the company offered a goodwill partial refund instead, which was handled smoothly.
While it was frustrating to receive a damaged part initially, the way it was dealt with made a big difference. It’s clear they stand by their customers and are willing to put things right.
Very happy with the bed overall and would recommend based on both product quality and aftercare service.
Wow this place is absolutely amazing. We’ve been looking for a bed for months. We went To all the big retail stores and couldn’t find what we were looking for. We went to TV beds northwest and instantly found the perfect bed for us, it’s stunning and such a great price too! Mark was so helpful. The whole experience from start to end was seamless. They went the extra mile for us and we are beyond happy! Thank you guys :-) we will definitely use you again!
