Preparing for your delivery
To ensure your new bed is delivered and assembled successfully, please ensure you measure both your room and home prior to placing your order.
Additionally, it is important that you disassemble or move any old beds from your delivery room of choice before delivery; our delivery team will not be able to disassemble anything inside of your home unless this has been agreed prior to delivery.
All deliveries will be into your room of choice unless you prefer delivery to your doorstep. Please see our delivery page for more information on this.

Delivery Day
- Prior to our delivery, please remove old furniture, mirrors, pictures, or light fittings that could be a hazard during the delivery process. If you'd like our delivery team to take a specific route, please make sure any pets or children are safely away from it.
- Upon delivery, our team will introduce themselves and begin assembling your product in the room of your choice
- After they have finished, you will sign our delivery notice to confirm your satisfaction.
