Superb communication from Heather even of an evening. Arranged delivery at late notice for next day which was fantastic. Delivered next day as agreed and communicated very well. I installed the bed and found that thr instructions were clear, followed them well and thr end product is a very nice TV bed that is well built, sturdy and complements the bedroom. Seems to be working great
Bought this mattress to replace a foam one which had sagged in the middle. Kept waking with hip and back pain - not anymore! Not only is this mattress much cooler than foam but it supports every part of your body. It's not too soft or too hard. Wish I'd bought it earlier.
From ordering to delivery everyone was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. We had ordered replacement mattresses for our adjustable beds and couldn't be more pleased with them. Mark was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend this firm.

As a customer who is based in Guernsey it can be very difficult to find the bed you want locally here on this little rock, I contacted the team at TV beds northwest to see if they could deliver the bed to the docks so that it could be shipped separately to Guernsey. There was no issue with this and it was delivered swiftly with great updates and calls from the team every step of the way informing me when it may be delivered,
