Is the sound system easy to use?
Yes — the 5.1 sound system is fully integrated into the bed and designed to be straightforward to use. You won’t need extra speakers or complicated setups, and everything is built in to keep your space clean and uncluttered.
What is the difference between 5.1 surround sound and Dolby Atmos?
The Harlow features a built-in 5.1 surround sound system, which uses multiple speakers positioned around the bed to create clear, room-filling audio.
Dolby Atmos (found in some of our other models) adds height channels, meaning sound can move above you as well as around you for a more immersive, cinema-style experience.
In simple terms:

How does the ottoman storage work?
The Harlow features an easy-lift gas ottoman system, allowing the mattress base to smoothly lift from the foot end to reveal a spacious underbed storage area.
Inside, the floating floor design helps keep stored items neatly separated from cabling beneath, creating a cleaner and more practical storage space for everyday use.

What are the delivery times for the Harlow TV Bed?
The Harlow is a brand new product, and like many of our TV beds, it is brought in directly from the manufacturer.
We don’t hold large volumes of stock — we focus on quality over quantity, which means some models are regularly pre-ordered and can sell out before they even arrive.
When a bed is marked as on the water, it means it’s already in transit to the UK. We’re able to provide up-to-date arrival times as the shipment progresses, so you’re always kept in the loop.
Once stock lands with us, it’s unloaded, checked, and then booked straight in for delivery, keeping things moving as quickly as possible.
