Absolutely delighted with the Lakes Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 TV bed. The TV and sound system are incredible — it genuinely feels like having a cinema in the bedroom! The Dolby Atmos surround sound is fantastic for watching films, football and gaming, and the Ottoman storage is an excellent bonus. The quality, design and finish are all superb.
I also want to give a special mention to Mark, who was wonderful, hardworking and extremely professional. The delivery and installation were perfect — quick, neat and carried out with great care. Mark was also very friendly, easy to talk to and had a lovely family-oriented attitude, which made the whole experience even better.
The other members of staff we spoke to on the phone were equally nice, helpful and professional. What really impressed me was that they genuinely cared about our experience and even checked afterwards to make sure we were happy and everything was okay following the transaction.
From the purchase to delivery, installation and aftercare, the service has been excellent. Very good people through and through.

This bed is fabulous and we love that it comes in a small double. Item arrived in 4 boxes. Instructions link clearly visible and easy to read Everything checked and we starting building. This was the easiest bed to build. Everything just slotted into space. Once Everything out of boxes and put into place it took less than 45 mins to put together and I will say I only helped when needed.
This is the perfect TV bed for my 15 year old. He has got a smaller TV connected at the moment and this works great even though we have the option to get bigger in the future
The colour of the bed is perfect and the quality is amazing. I woukd recommend this bed 1000%. Heather is fab with providing the information and help that we needed.
There is space for storage under the bed but as no regular access (not an ottoman etc) I have put things i want to keep but dont need access to (ie kids school saves)
The whole process was perfect from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Delivery was amazingly quick, and the entire team was so friendly throughout. The bed itself is extremely sturdy and beautifully designed. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!
