Our standard UK mainland delivery for bed frames and mattresses which are in stock is usually between 5-20 working days from confirmation of payment (delivery terms quoted are based on stock availability).

Exact delivery time will be confirmed by our team on receipt of order online with manufactures guidelines.

Orders must be completed in full including phone number before we can dispatch any item, orders cannot be processed with out one.

Some regions in South Wales and Scotland may incur extra delivery fees and fall within a four to five day delivery time frame.

Our deliveries are made by a dedicated two-man team who will take them to the room of your choice. All items are sent via dedicated courier service that always requires a signature. Please always check all boxes are present and undamaged before signing.

You will be contacted prior to delivery in advance so someone can check and accept delivery.

All Kaydian Products come with a standard 1 years guarantee. In the unlikely event of a material or workmanship defect within the 1 year guarantee period, TV Beds Northwest will liase with Kaydian to arrange to repair or replace you product at their discretion.

Kaydian reserves the right to refuse service with any defect if:
1. The defect is due to causes other than faulty materials or workmanship.

2. The item is soiled and in an unsanitary condition.

3. Any of the terms and conditions are not abided by in full.
