Great bed and surround sound TV. Just what we were looking for. Set up myself as manual straight forward.

The bed is fabulous. The staff at Norhwest Beds are excellent. They delivered and assembled the bed taking the stress out of it. We bought the bed as my other half has Cancer and underwent major surgery with chemo to yet undergo. This bed will help them recover...5 Star Service and People.

We recently decided to order our super-king tv bed frame from tv beds northwest. Heather who owns the company was absolutely amazing the service and knowledge was phenomenal. Heather recommend we try a specific mattress at a local dealer as we were too far away from their showroom in the northwest (we live in the southwest). We tried the mattress recommended and found it a little bit too soft for our liking and provided the name of another mattress from the same company that was firmer. Unfortunately the manufacturer of the mattress stipulated in order for a company to supply a mattress they have to have one in their showroom so thought we would have to order this separately. I was amazed to get a phone call from Heather saying that she had ordered a display version of the mattress we wanted and that she could offer us an exceptional package deal. This is where Mark took over and has provided us with up to date information surrounding our delivery arrangements and provided his personal mobile number in the event we have any problems installing our bed frame.

We ordered this bed after being let down from a well known furniture company, and I’ m glad we were, as we would never have found this fantastic company. From start to finish Heather, Lee and Mark have been on hand all the way from answering our questions, to a quick and smooth delivery. We installed the bed ourselves but Mark was at the end of the phone when we got a bit stuck and guided us through and couldn’t be more helpful!
An absolute gem of a company and will definitely be buying our next purchase from them. Thanks guys!

I purchased the king size Titan 4.1 and bedside tables a couple on months back and couldn’t have wished for a better experience with Heather and the team at Tv Beds Northwest.
The quality of the bed build is outstanding for the price, along with its incredible sound quality.
I had a small issue with the amplifier after a couple of weeks, where it was causing crackling through the speakers.
Made a phone call and spoke to Mark. We FaceTimed so I could show him the issue.
He agreed the amp was at fault and got me in touch with the bed manufacturer, who sent me a new amp, next day delivery…… Now that’s SERVICE!!!
My wife and myself are so happy with the quality, we have in fact just ordered another tv bed for the daughter’s bedroom.

I would highly recommend Tv Beds Northwest for their customer service and quality products.

I bought the black leather Titan bed from TV beds NorthWest, Heather and Lee could not have been anymore helpful from the beginning to the end. It was more like dealing with family than strangers I would recommend them to anyone, as for the bed it's a cracker and classy I would definitely buy from TV. Beds Northwest again without hesitation so if your thinking about buying a quality bed from lovely people North West is the place to go.

What can I say from the start heather the owner was amazing with me to me the owners being hands on makes me feel at home and I knew then the services I was going receive would be 1000%. Mark arranged to come and put my bed up. He was amazing and very polite and chatty you could tell he loved his job and talked me through it he resided I was going to put a sky glass in the bed he said it was far to heavy and I am glad he told me before I got it. I spoke heather and ordered on of there tv, mark came back the next day with the tv and fitted it. I love my bed I have now ordered another for my 7 year old. Heather, Lee and mark you are doing an amazing job and thank you so much.
