I was in urgent need of a bed and I was left feeling helpless but Mark delivered world class customer service from the moment I reached out to him, right until the moment he left my house. Mark constantly prioritised my needs throughout our entire communication, and it seemed inconceivable that he would deliver and fix the bed,after I had reached out to him only 3 days earlier. Mark provided ongoing unwavering guidance and support. He answered several questions that were put him thoroughly professionally. It was clear that he was passionate and extremely knowledgeable about the products. He left no stone unturned in ensuring that I was fully satisfied. I was determined to proceed with Mark that I did not entertain any other offers elsewhere. Even whilst delivering and fixing the bed, Mark continued to deliver immaculate service.
