What can I say from the start heather the owner was amazing with me to me the owners being hands on makes me feel at home and I knew then the services I was going receive would be 1000%. Mark arranged to come and put my bed up. He was amazing and very polite and chatty you could tell he loved his job and talked me through it he resided I was going to put a sky glass in the bed he said it was far to heavy and I am glad he told me before I got it. I spoke heather and ordered on of there tv, mark came back the next day with the tv and fitted it. I love my bed I have now ordered another for my 7 year old. Heather, Lee and mark you are doing an amazing job and thank you so much.
We ordered a bed online and when it arrived we couldn’t get it up the stairs. Heather and her team were amazing to help get it collected and deliver a slightly smaller version, and also arranged delivery of a mattress. The sound quality was excellent, the bed was easy to assemble and the customer service has been amazing. Thr tv we used was a High sense 43e7kqtuk and it worked perfectly. Gem of a company! From purchase to delivery everything was spot on. Every person I spoke to was helpful. Delivery was super quick and the guys were absolute stars and put everything upstairs ready to me to assemble the bed.

Mark constantly prioritised my needs throughout our entire communication, and it seemed inconceivable that he would deliver and fix the bed,after I had reached out to him only 3 days earlier. Mark provided ongoing unwavering guidance and support. He answered several questions that were put him thoroughly professionally. It was clear that he was passionate and extremely knowledgeable about the products. He left no stone unturned in ensuring that I was fully satisfied. I was determined to proceed with Mark that I did not entertain any other offers elsewhere. Even whilst delivering and fixing the bed, Mark continued to deliver immaculate service. He is a huge credit to the company. I would definitely recommend this company, as the products are in immaculate condition and are of exceptional quality.
The staff were very helpful in discussing what I needed with me. I had been let down on another purchase being delivered by Christmas and had come upon the website by chance. Delivery was quick and hassle free. The bed is good quality and relatively easy to assemble. Very happy with my purchase.
