Our standard UK mainland delivery for bedframes and mattresses is usually between 5-20 working days from confirmation of payment (delivery terms quoted are based on stock availability).

Exact delivery time will be confirmed by our team on receipt of order inline with manufactures guidelines.

Orders must be completed in full including phone number before we can dispatch any item, orders cannot be processed with out one.

All items are sent via dedicated which is always a signature required service. Additional charges do apply to certain areas of South Wales & Scotland.

You will be contacted prior to delivery in advance so someone can check and accept delivery.

Our deliveries are done by a specialist 2 man team and will take it to the room of your choice.

All Kaydian Products come with a standard 1 years guarantee. In the unlikely event of a material or workmanship defect within the 1 year guarantee period, TV Beds Northwest will liase with Kaydian to arrange to repair or replace you product at their discretion.

Kaydian reserves the right to refuse service with any defect if:
1. The defect is due to causes other than faulty materials or workmanship.

2. The item is soiled and in an unsanitary condition.

3. Any of the terms and conditions are not abided by in full.
